Pre-Press
Services
 Our in-house pre-press department is fully equipped and professionally staffed to provide you with a variety of graphic services including:
- Typesetting
- Proofing
- Film Output
- Plate Making
We
operate primarily in the MAC environment on QuarkXpress,
Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Submitting Artwork:
We have the capability of receiving your electronic artwork in a variety of formats:
 In an effort to serve you more efficiently, please review our File Specifications document prior to submitting your artwork.
Charges for the above services are either rolled into our price per thousand or charged extra. Please contact us or discuss these services with your Account Manager.
Inventory
Management, Warehousing & Distribution Services
 Our warehousing space across Canada enables us to provide warehousing and bulk distribution services to our clients.
Our controlled environment warehouses provide cool and dry storage for your custom envelopes.
Our computer controlled inventory provides accurate counts and locations of all inventory. Our scan code software ensures we are sourcing the best distribution method (courier, leased carrier, LTL etc.).
We offer both unpaid and prepaid contract stocking programs.
Unpaid:
Envelopes are manufactured, warehoused and billed upon release.
Prepaid:
Envelopes are billed at the conclusion of the manufacturing process, then warehoused and released as required.
Under both plans, the maximum storage period is 12 months for this service.
The
minimum order size to qualify for this service is 50M
envelopes (single item) or a value of $2000.
