Custom Packaging Sizing
Our custom packaging services encompass everything from credit-card-sized sleeves or mailers and small lipstick cartons to large shoe or cereal boxes and 18-can beverage cartons. Our maximum sheet size is 29.5” x 41.25”.

Our Custom Packaging Process
From inquiry through delivery, our basic process for developing and manufacturing custom folding cartons involves:
- Gaining a clear understanding of the scope, size, and requirements of the project
- Creating a structural sample (prototype) and modifying it as necessary based on customer feedback
- Providing cost estimates
- Developing a soft copy proof (PDF) and/or hard copy proof that includes graphics (customer provided) and represents what can be expected on press
- Gaining approval for print colors
- Inspecting incoming materials
- Manufacturing custom packaging—printing, die cutting and blanking or manual stripping, folding, and gluing
- Coordinating delivery—packaging and logistics
This process may be modified depending on the exact requirements of the project and is customized to the needs of each individual client.
