POSITION SUMMARY
To support, coordinate service between the Sales/Customer Service Team and the Production Group. Daily prepress responsibilities include reviewing customer artwork, creating proofs, adjusting artwork to prepare for output to CTP and CDI.
REPORTS TO: Production Planning Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Set up and adjust artwork to produce film for printing plates
 Work with various graphic layout tools to prepare proofs
 Work with ADOBE suite of products and ESKO products
 Track work order progress using existing computer system
 Typesetting
 Proof reading
 Back-up for CTP Litho and Flexo Plate Machine.
 Support other SupremeX regions with pre-press
 Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
 College Diploma – Graphic Arts Certificate would be an asset
 Minimum 1 - 2 years print industry experience preferred
 Extensive Macintosh computer skills. Software includes Illustrator, Photo Shop, In Design
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Attention to detail
 Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with people
 Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
 Team player who is flexible with assigned duties, willing to take on extra work to help others, and work overtime as necessary
 Aptitude to learn new skills quickly
 Punctual and dependable
 Able to follow established workflow procedures
 Strong customer focus
