Sales Coordinator

Candidate Profile:
• A self motivator who is sales curious, with a problem-solving mentality
• Outgoing and personable
• Team player
• Willingness to learn with a “can-do” attitude
• Background in print and/or manufacturing preferred
• Career oriented
• Technically savvy

Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with current customers
• Take orders, create quotes, offer alternatives
• Collaborate harmoniously with internal manufacturing and support staff throughout the order fulfillment and problem resolution process for customers, including: quality issues, credit collection and inventory management
• Develop and maintain a relationship with each client and an understanding of the customers’ buyer, business, needs, priorities, competition, etc.

Requirements:
• Strong business acumen
• Articulate
• 2-4 years sales and customer service experience, preferably in print related or similar account base
• College or University Degree preferred (ideally in Graphic Communications, Business, or Sales related program)
• Effective listening, business communication (verbal and written), presentation, and teamwork skills
• Intermediate computer skills, MS Office required

Reports to: Sales Manager
